We take a different approach to window cleaning by using drones to reach hard-to-access areas, offering an alternative to traditional methods like swing stages or rappelling.
Soft washing is a low-pressure cleaning method that removes dirt, algae, mold, and grime from building exteriors, roofs, and other surfaces without causing damage. Unlike traditional pressure washing, soft washing uses specialized cleaning solutions to break down contaminants, ensuring a deep, long-lasting clean while protecting delicate materials.
Dronified takes this process to the next level with cutting-edge drone technology, providing safe, efficient, and eco-friendly soft washing services for commercial properties. Our drones reach high and hard-to-access areas without scaffolding or lifts, reducing risk and disruption. With Dronified, your building stays spotless, professional, and well-maintained year-round.
Our approach is built around these core principles,
as we pioneer the soft washing and pressure washing industry.
Touchless glass cleaning using our drone technology is a relatively new method developed over the last five years to wash windows, which is great at maintaining your exterior glass. The touchless method involves a few steps to ensure your expectations are met when we deploy our drone team. Your windows must meet a certain criteria so that we can deliver optimal results and ensure a smooth and efficient job:
As long as your windows have been maintained over the life of the property and have been cleaned by hand or restored within the last 5 years, then our touchless cleaning service is an excellent option to maintain your glass.
Delivering expectations & how final results will appear to your team & tenants is a crucial part of our process. Our drones do not take video, pictures, or any kind of content captured through our onboard camera, which means privacy is kept intact while cleaning is underway.
Drone touchless cleaning can remove loose dirt, dust, cobwebs, bird droppings, mold, algae, & mildew from glass by using our proprietary blend of eco-friendly glass cleaning chemicals. After the proper chemical has been applied, we let it dwell without drying, then give a thorough rinse with purified water at a moderate pressure of around 600 PSI from the tip of the drone.
White glove service is provided for ground-level and first-story windows using a combination of water-fed poles and hand washing techniques to allow for higher-quality results.
Maintenance contracts are highly recommended to ensure that your windows maintain a clean appearance and can be done monthly, quarterly, biannually, or annually, depending on the preferences and budgets of each property. Interior window cleaning is available through a maintenance contract.
We recommend having your windows cleaned at least once per year, if not biannually to maintain better results and we offer discounts for multi-year contracts along with the other services we provide. With our systems and team we set our clients up for automated billing and scheduling to ensure a high level of service and expectations are met.
Our drone window cleaning service is an excellent choice for various properties including hotels, apartment complexes, condo associations, assisted living facilities, hospitals, and office buildings. There are 3 important reasons to perform routine exterior window cleaning on your property.
Boost curb appeal and first impressions to people that either work daily at your building or may be guests for the day and either of which should enjoy a clean view through the glass.
Let in more light by keeping the windows free from cobwebs, bird droppings, dust, pollen, and other various light stains that can occur. Eventually over a longer period of time, algae, mold, and mildew can eventually begin to grow on the exterior of the glass. With proper cleaning maintenance this will not happen and you will have brighter, more inviting spaces inside the building.
Protect energy efficiency by keeping all of the small particles and stains that occur over time. All of this buildup may lower the ability to keep a warmer temperature inside the building, the dirtier your windows are, the more difficult for the sun to penetrate and warm your space.
There are two main reasons for a soft wash – a safe alternative to pressure washing and an easier, safer way to access spaces that are so hard to clean. This process starts with a calculated mixture of chemicals and water applied to an exterior surface. The chemical solution thoroughly cleans a space while simultaneously getting rid of the dirt and mold often found on buildings, and is followed by a clean water rinse. The soft washing approach provides a safe alternative to your typical pressure washing. This process leaves no damage to the building or structure.
This new cleaning technology also eliminates the need for ladders in the cleaning space. With less strain on the body, soft wash drone cleaning reduces exposure to harmful risks and allows our company to properly clean all types of exteriors without climbing on dangerous buildings and structures.

Jeff is a successful entrepreneur who is the CEO of Sun Brite Services, Inc. based out of Lawrenceville, GA. Sun Brite was founded in 1992 and is a commercial pressure washing company that completes jobs throughout the southeast. What started with very humble beginnings has grown into a multi million dollar organization that services government, medical, and privately held properties. With a focus on delivering the best quality possible job, efficiency and always doing the right thing for the customer Sun Brite consistently continues to grow. Jeff is a master at marketing and leveraging relationships that benefit both parties. Sun Brite has procured several national contracts with large companies to handle pressure washing projects.
Always looking for ways to become more efficient, Jeff was introduced to the drone cleaning world at a demonstration presented by the other founder Chris Creekmur. Quickly realizing the use of drones in the pressure washing industry could be a great opportunity, Jeff partnered with Chris on several large projects. After many conversations, Jeff and Chris realized there are many companies in a situation where even though they may want to enter the drone cleaning industry or have even purchased a drone but need further training and support. Drone Clean was formed to offer support, training and education to these companies.
Outside of work Jeff has been married for over 25 years, is a father of 3, and a grandfather of 2. In his spare time he likes to work out and has been a national powerlifting champion several times.
Growing up in a family of business owners and entrepreneurs allowed Chris to learn valuable lessons and values about how to properly run a business and ultimately wanted to do it for himself one day. After growing up in restaurants and pursuing a career in the hospitality industry for about 12 years it was time for a change and Chris decided to start working in digital marketing sales and various other small companies before launching his drone business in 2021. Shortly after launching his drone business he discovered Lucid Drone Technologies and sent an inquiry without having any knowledge of the soft washing business and decided to take this massive leap of faith into the unknown.
Quickly realizing the learning curve of soft washing, pressure washing, operations, labor, marketing, and everything in between had to quickly connect with like minded business owners in the industry soon. Chris decided to hold a live demonstration day at a local pressure washing store, Georgia Chemical and that is where fate led Jeff and Chris to meet and the rest became history as the two companies began working together on large scale projects across the Southeast. Jeff and his team bought a drone to complete small scale projects but still insisted on Chris being at the large projects to ensure success and efficiency. Overall our experiences have been positive and left a lasting impression with our newfound clients.
Outside of flying drones, Chris enjoys taking the time to find new local restaurants and travel as often as possible to new destinations and can cook a mean steak!
